Came in the wrong size & wanted to exchange the ring. Only have 14 days to get that done. Emailed customer service the same day it arrived to exchange with no response. Set more follow up emails as well as DM on socials with no response. Wanted to buy more from the company but stuck with the ring due to customer service not responding to exchange the item. Very disappointed
