Broken gemstone pendent

The stone fell out just under 2 months I was wearing my necklace. I have reached out to customer support and have not received any response back yet. The cost of the charm was $350 which is very expensive for it to have broken in such a short period of time. I am looking to have it repaired as soon as possible.
