Soft Everyday Light Beige Shaggy Rug

The rug came with stains that bled from the packaging . I sent it back. The next one came. Same problem. I sent it back. The next one came. Same problem. I kept it only because I needed a rug down urgently. In fairness their customer service was excellent and they gave me an 80% refund plus the rug. I believe the reason the customer service is so good is because they get plenty of practice resolving problems.
