FORM Swim2 goggles review

Form’s Swim 2 goggles are a game changer in terms of live data feedback whilst I use them during training in the pool 3 times a week. I can see live my pace, distance swam, my Form score (how well I’ve been swimming), the effort (easy, medium, string & fast) and heart rate. It also gives me live coaching on my areas needing improvement (eg time to neutral). Once finished, my swim, I download the data from my goggles onto the Form app for lap by lap analysis as well as my overall stats and performance. I receive performance, skill feedback and insights on my swimming that assists me in seeking corrective measures. These goggles are a game changer if you take your swim seriously, want to improve and love fitness stats as I do. I also have a Garmin watch that I enable and I find the Form goggles to be accurate (something I have complained to Garmin about). The only area of improvement with the Form 2 goggles is the heart rate sensor seems to freeze or disconnect occasionally which is noticeable as I look for this information as one of the data to manage my effort and pace myself. Overall a great goggle and recommend it to anyone who wants to take their swimming to the next level!

I got these for a present and was unaware of the capabilities. They are fantastic and much better than I had anticipated, definitely recommend them for any keen swimmer!
