Haunted Castle Flipsi Puzzle

Every puzzler should do at least one.

As a puzzler I was so happy to find such a great new concept in puzzle design. The hold of these puzzles is great. No need for an Flipsi board. Art work is really beautiful and all three puzzles I have completed were a joy to put together. Die cut is really nice and nice variety of piece shapes. I’m waiting for Haunted Places 2, Pirate collection and Christmas Twin pack to arrive, as I’m eager to do them as well. Only thing I didn’t like, had a few false fits in the Haunted House puzzle in the driveway section. Other two puzzles in that collection were fine. And I’m not a fan of the 6 month wait time for new realises puzzles to be available. However I understand this is a production issue. Lengthly wait times don’t appear to affect puzzles that are already in stock and were shipped out really quickly. I received a very quick response to an email enquiry I had so for me customer service is fantastic.

I am on my third puzzle - they are so much fun and the surprise at the end is amazing 😀 Demi and Melissa are super helpful and offer quick and helpful support. Highly recommended.
