This is not going to be your most comfortable hoodie in your collection but it will be one of the most unique. The real draw for this item is that it is made with arguably one of the most exclusive cottons on the planet, a cotton developed by Samurai for Samurai only. Possibly the only Japanese grown, harvested and woven cotton available for sale outside of Japan. This hoodie is as expected from Samurai, meticulously crafted and designed in homage to vintage hoodies. This particular model seems like it was originally made to be a sweatshirt without a hood but had the hood added later as the hood is not woven into the body but attached via a stitch at the neckline. I have no complaints about this hoodie, it is warm and comfortable enough despite not being the most comfortable hoodie I have. It is very nice though, consider it more like a limited edition item based on a specialized process much like we often see in the denimhead community.
