Beautiful board but nearly unplayable

Beautiful board and well constructed but the surface is so slick, bags literally slide all the way down and off the board. Nearly impossible to play. Reached out to company and they told me to apply hairspray to surface. With the price point of these, I expected better playability and a different response.

High quality build, playing surface finish is thin

High quality build. The printed burnt flag is awesome. The playability of the finish is great, but I am concerned about longevity of the finish. After a month of use there are a couple of spots that have rubbed through to the wood surface. The back and sides came unfinished, so I did apply a coat of clear poly to the edges of the top and underneath of the top, legs and frame.
