I recently ordered some beans from the retail site but received something slightly different than what I ordered. When I asked about the mix-up, Sara got back to me very quickly and sent the correct beans out the next possible day. I was also given a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect beans, how awesome is that? Errors are just a part of life but the way Sara and the IndriVanilla staff handled it shows me they truly care about their "beanies" and makes me confident in their business practices.
