I purchased this once before to try making vanilla sugar. When you don't have beans available to use, this works great. Haven't tried other applications yet, but will be exploring them soon.

Vanilla Powder is Excellent
I don’t have a high power blender so I used this vanilla powder to make vanilla paste. It turned out so easy using the Alex Green recipe.
