Hello,
After having used a manual wine server for many years, I'm somewhat puzzled by your product. When pumping manually , it used to take maybe 30 to 40 seconds before one couldn't pull the device and you could hear very distinctly and loud the air getting in again when removing the cork.
With your product, the machine pumps for maybe 10 seconds only, and when you open the cork again, you hardly hear anything...
Could you please explain the functioning of your product a bit more that in the instructions booklet, like, how many seconds pumping for 3/4 of a bottle, for half a bottle, for 1 quarter of a bottle....
Any other detail would be most welcome
