Replacement Parts - O Rings (rotation wheel)

Had to replace the o-rings, the torch melted the first one and melted to the case, but I must add that I was annealing some basic 5.7 Johnson,( same size as the 30M1 Carbine, which are very short and actually lasted well over 1000 rounds before replacing. quick fix. I ordered several sets to reduce my down time next time. Then looking at their parts I found out that they made a short case feed ramp that kicks the case out so I can adjust the flame a little farther from the wheel. I had been thinking of how I could kick these cases out a little when I found these So the next rings should last a lot longer. This annealer really speeds up my production when I buy basic brass or reforming to another obsolete caliber. I must add annealing 500 cases at a time says a lot for how tough these rings are.

Only complaint is that I bought a “battle tested” unit and the company stated that it was gone through to bring it up to par with the new units. IMHO it would have been nice for the wiring to have already been revised to have the constant speed on the bottom roller. They did send everything to update it.
