I've started using the milk kefir grains over a month ago and I'm pleasantly surprised by their strength and resilience . They rehydrated in no time, and have been making me consistently tasty kefir since then. I get a whole quart of kefir per day with the grains I've purchased. I've even experimented with homemade nut milk and it came out great.
