Okay but not for me

I can see how these would be useful for campers or preppers - people who have heat but not refrigeration. That’s the opposite of my situation though — I am looking for something for hotel rooms where I have a fridge but no means of heating except a coffeemaker. The taste and texture were not bad but not amazing. Overall I won’t be ordering again but I super appreciate the sample size that allowed me to try it, and I might share the info with a backpack hiking friend.

My overall opinion

This is a definite taste improvement over the powdered eggs that i've used for camping and I'm forwarding this to my friend who takes autistic kids camping.

Surprisingly tasty

I’ll admit it, I was skeptical at first, but these egg crystals really worked out well and I find them to be very handy especially when you have run out of or cannot afford fresh eggs. It’s something to keep in the cabinet as a backup as well. The flavor was good. It was easy to prepare.
