Amazing Customer Service

Purchased my vest for my up and coming Kokoda challenge and while the product that was sent had a minor issue, Joanne, from the customer service team was outstanding, making sure the issue was rectified quick smart and resolved. I have used my vest a couple of times now and LOVE IT! Perfect for long hikes and know it was the best purchase I have made for my challenege. Again, hats off to the team - customer service like this is so few and far between now days - so it's super refreshing to see a team who genuinely care about the customer experience and a passion for their product. Great work! - Side note - now our whole team have purchased Runly's for our Kokoda Challenge :)

Hydration Vest Runly R700 Pink

Loving the vest. Feels really light and comfortable when I am running. I can carry plenty or water and supplies and it doesn’t feel heavy.

Wish I’d purchased sooner

As a first time wearer of a hydration vest I looked at many online before settling on the Runly R700. I took it out on a 10km run and while I didn’t use the bladder I took the soft flasks with me and used the multiple pockets for my phone, keys, asthma inhaler, headphone charging pod etc. Usually most of those items are shoved into my running tights! Looking forward to using it on more long runs in my half marathon training as it’s so comfortable to wear.
