It's a beautiful creation. I normally wear a 38" in most leotards and so bought a 38". I would say its tighter than most leotards and would recommend sizing up if you don't want to feel restricted. It's becuase of the amount of detail on the leotard design I think. But its beautiful and I had so many compliments and felt fabulous in it!
