OK After A Few Upgrades

When playing it the 1st time , I needed to tune it and broke a string. I assumed I had turned the wrong tuner. As it turns out most of the tuning machines were binding. Tuning was very hard to do. I purchased new Grover tuners and Ernie Ball Strings. Even after the upgrades it is at best ok. I have found that even at the discounted price I paid, there are almost identical mandolins on the market for much less $$$.
