Grit Grabber Magnet with Sleeve

The magnets definitely collect a lot of steel dust, but are difficult to clean off, and one of the tubes melted to the magnet. I had to cut it away and replaced the tube with a larger square tube that originally housed a bowl gouge. With the larger tube, the magnet slides out easily and makes cleanup a breeze. Definitely a worth while product but just remember to save your plastic tubes and end caps until you find a couple that are a little bit looser fit.

Love these Magnets

I love these magnets they really attract all the grit off my CBN grinder. I wrapped them in a plastic bag which makes cleanup. A breeze just remove the magnet from the bag and the filings fall off. I wish I had gotten them sooner.

Works very well !!!!

I only bought one at first because I had used rare earth mag under the cbn grinder set up with “ok” results in attracting metal dust. So I tried one of these and was very happy. It fit very well along the angle iron fixture but collected a LOT more of the dust. Maybe 3x as much. Worth it.
