Fantastic Gift, Amazing Quality, Unique & Perfect!

Exascperated and disappointed

It has now been 14 days since my order left your shop. It ahs been in 8 different locations but is still about a far from Aptos as when its journey began. I responded earlier to Bill's request for a review and got no response. So far your are scoring zero on my satisfaction level.
