Although the headphones sound terrific the day after they arrived, I saw them marked down on the Skullcandy site which I ordered them from and they are $25 less. The only contact option was a chat, which couldn’t help me. I would like my charge card to be credited for the difference. This is a very frustrating customer service experience.

This purchase was for my husband to use with his ipod. It works great, he is very happy with the quality of sound and ease of operation.

Great sound great quality everything that I expect from Skullcandy the size of smaller than I thought however the sound is exemplary loud range the different settings make it cool for watching videos listening to music calls or crisp and clean and the ANC works beautifully at work and home
