      北海道富良野市山部地区のENOMOTO FARMから、不耕起栽培で育てた「富良野メロン」をお届けします。
      榎本農園は、大雪・十勝の山系、夕張山系に囲まれた豊かな自然環境の中でメロンを育てています。山部地区は三方を山に囲まれた盆地で、美味しいメロンの産地として有名です。空知川の支流となるいくつもの川が流れる肥沃な土壌、そして盆地ならではの昼夜の寒暖差がメロンの糖度を高め、特有の甘さを生み出します。
      農園では、17年間にわたり「不耕起栽培」を続けています。この栽培方法は、土壌を耕さずに植物の残さを地表面に残すことで、土壌の保護を行い、風食や水食を防ぎます。土壌表面の植物の残さが水分を保持し、保水性が向上します。これにより、乾燥への耐性が高まり、作物の生育に必要な水分を確保する
