I tried to contact Shop previously via email to get a refund as they refuse to give money back if you didn’t pay an extra fee at checkout to be able to get a refund, but they don’t make it obvious. There were two charges from them for over $100.
I received an email a week or so after I called saying oh we can send you another free box but why would I want more of something I thought tasted really bitter and not good? I want a refund. Can you help me get this taken care of?

Yum!
These bars are so nutritious and they’re very yummy. You can taste all the goodness in there the nuts, the seeds everything. Good job it’s really dense nutrient wise. Having something not taste like cardboard and be healthy is hard to do.
