Fantastic product and customer service

So I first bought a similar dash cam from a competitor, but I had to return that one because the housing cracked. I hesitated to buy the fit cam X, because their website did not show. They had the specific power cable adapter I needed, or the upgraded lens sensor that I wanted. I emailed them directly and they could not have been more helpful. I don’t know if I was communicating with someone here in the US or in China, but they were very very responsive and set me up with the upgraded sensor and the cable adapter that I needed. Their instructions were very clear, and the camera works perfectly. It could not have been a more positive experience.
