Biscoff Cookie Filled with Biscoff Cream

I really liked the flavor of this cookie. The taste was great and had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the cookie I received was not fully baked, and because of that I couldn’t finish it or take another bite. Most of the cookies I tried had the same issue and seemed undercooked, except for one that was done properly. If the cookies were baked all the way through, I think I might have a very different opinion because the flavor itself was good. If the company were able to send cookies that are fully baked, I’d definitely be open to trying them again and updating my review.
