Misleading State Fair Coupon

We purposely went to this booth b/c my kids Grandma said their Child size State Fair shirts were adorable and that they had a coupon in the State Fair Coupon Book. The coupon did not specify anything other than the percentage off followed by ($29). I bought (2) State Fair Kid shirts, that easily totaled more than $29, and they claimed it only qualifies on adult shirts. My sister went to the booth to buy a sweatshirt and they told her the coupon only qualifies on State Fair merchandise. Also, I tried to buy my husband a State Fair shirt w/the coupon but only size S & 2XL's remained (and it was only Monday). The clothing is adorable, soft, and comfortable, but we feel like this booth put out a purposely vague coupon to bring in business. I love the State Fair and I usually love the Coupon Book too, but the only sour taste I should have in my mouth at the Fair is the Big Pickle I ate before stopping at Black Birch.
