Being Harsh
I have Lowchen and have tried every hairspray, gel, and mousse on the market to hold their top knot back. They either feel oily and leave hair limp or are as stiff as week old bread. Harsh is the first and only product to do exactly what it is supposed to do! It plumps the hair shaft without freezing it in place. It has a natural feel and movement but holds it in place. It's nice to finally find a product that does what it says it will.

I have Coton de Tulear great for setting the hair on the top for their heads really impressed with this product
