Update: Seller had the file fixed and reprinted however they were printed by another vendor (not the original vendor who printed the first set) whose color settings are way off. Reprints arrived today 3/5/23 and while there is no line in the design anymore, the coloration is completely off. Kayce looks like he has one heck of a sunburn. Seller offers no resolution now because vendor won’t adjust coloration for one design. So I now have 6 unusable prints (the color is terrible in my opinion) and 6 that have a line through the design. I was told to press one and post to group for their opinion. But that’s just going to waste a shirt that I paid for that could be used for a usable design.
All came with a line through the design which you apparently have to look closely at the mock-up to see. Waiting on a resolution and so far almost 3 weeks after receiving the order no luck. Will update if/when I receive fixed prints.
