AMERICA'S 250TH OFFER!

I really like the commander. it looks and feels great plus it works well. the raptor is ok but constantly says it needs updating and the watch itself keeps resetting to factory out of nowhere. slightly disappointed with that one and it's the one I was most excited about. other than that the Commander is great.

Please everyone save your money.. especially if you have big wrists and hands. I purchased the 4th july package. I received alot of shiney packageing and everything looked great. The watches themselves is the issue. I wear my watches on my left hand like most right handed people. The 2 watches I recieved the raptor and the commander have these big knob/button on the right side of the watch. This is the button to turn the watch on and off. This knob also serves as the hard reset for the watch causing everything to have to be re-synced I have to re-sync the watch at least 3 times a day, often more than that. I contacted alphagear support about the issue and this is the response i got back. Hi Michael, I'm so sorry this is happening. Unfortunately, according to our policy, the BOGO deals cannot be returned. Thank you! ZM Nothing about how to fix the issue. Just this response about not doing refund/return. No offer to trade out for a diffrent watch that dosnt have this issue
