beautiful but easy to lost

This strap is very beautiful and good quality. But I don’t know why it is very easy to get off from the case. I used it for 1day and it has been off 3-4 times.

Loved the strap and case just was a bit disappointed the free gift was an apple watch charger when my phone was a Samsung fold 7... So had no use for it
