EROMMY 12x16 Aluminum Pergola with Waterproof Roof Panels – White

The first thing I did was pull down the shade and it’s not in the track, they flap in the air. I then checked all of them and 4 out of 6 are out of the track. I don’t see the shade’s lasting very long. The pergola is nice and the option to open the roof is great. Customer service has not e-mailed me back. I need to get help with the shades. Thank you

It has been a few weeks since I had the EROMMY 12X16FT mounted on my deck. The basics so far appear to work except for two issues I noticed. 1. The delivery did not include screws or bolts for wooden desks. Only bolts for concrete were included, so we had to purchase wood screws separately. 2. Two of the privacy screens are difficult to hold in place in their open positions, and drop down about half or 2-thirds of the way in response to even moderate winds. This is a problem and I would like to know if there is a fix for this to keep them open till I need to pull them down. Still monitoring for now and will share other observations once we have it in full use. Thanks

Some of the shades feel quite loose and drop down on their own in response to even light wind and I have had to device a wedge to hold them in place. Rather annoying.
