It took a long time to deliver, but I love my Erommy gazebo . It gives my backyard a beautiful look. I feel like I am on vacation.

Waited a little while to receive it. When opening up the boxes we found that two of the louvers were damaged. looks like a fork truck ran into the box when loading during shipping. We erected the pergola, and I was completely satisfied. It was better than I thought it was going to be. All screens are in a track and the complete unit is awesome. Can't wait until I get the 2 replacements of the damaged louvers. They said it would take a couple of weeks. We will see how that goes. I already have two other people that have seen it and are thinking of purchasing one.

For starters, love the pergola. There were a few issues that I believe is fair to mention. The assembly took about 9 hours. Around 3-4 alone and 5-6 with help. I am accounting for an hour of going through boxes trying to find which pieces were in which box. Would have been great to have each box labeled with a legend in the instructions displaying which box held which pieces. The instructions were decent, but lacking. Could give some tips and advice on things to look out for. Would have been great to know which size masonry bit I needed to the anchors! All of the legs have pre-attached “nuts” for the screws too attach to the frame. Two of these “nuts” for me were not usable. None of the screws worked on these two. Had to leave them vacant Had two louvres that were slightly dented and another scratched. Didn’t effect the assembly, just doesn’t look good cosmetically. Pics included. The rods that twist to open and close the louvres is too close to the frame. It makes contact and scratches the frame. Pics included. We are buying some rubber screw protectors to see if that prevents further damage. I did not anchor the legs before installing the shades or louvres. I liked having the freedom to adjust the legs as needed to get everything squared up, to include the shades, before anchoring. Just a decision I made and it worked for me. All in all it was a fairly easy, but cumbersome assembly. Especially for the size! We absolutely love it and hope to get many years of use!
