Loved the butter dish and the accessories, but customer service was poor. My first order was delivered to the wrong address and I contacted the company for assistance. They responded by telling me that my order had been delivered . I explained that it was sent to the wrong address and confirmed the correct address. I never received a response. So I ended up reordering and paying full price plus shipping for a second time. For a small family owned company I would have expected better customer service. Disappointed!

I didn’t receive the tongs otherwise I’m very happy with the product. Neither the purple nor the turquoise can’t with their tongs
