very dry and no colour

I absolutely adore my other rebels refinery lip balms, so I was excited to try the tinted version. It is NOT the same. It smells pretty awful and it's too waxy to get any transfer of either colour or hydration on your lips. I'd skip this one and stick with the untinted balms (which are awesome).
