Product was perfect!

The boots are not leather, thy are made with a cheap synthetic topper. Nor are they “knee high.”The chord was a tan-colored moddern cotton lace. For $225 product, I expect the boots to be made of cowhide (at a minimum) and more attention to detail for historical accuracy. This product is a disappointment.

Extremely high-quality product! These boots are more than comfortable enough for a full day at the Renaissance Faire and look great with a variety of costumes. Additionally, my feet atayed dry in these despite ~4 hours of significant rainfall during one outing. Would recommend to a friend!
