EROMMY 12x16 Pergola with Waterproof Roof Panels – Grey

Every thing went well except the screens. The problem was the instructions for the screens is nearly nonexistent. I have had to remove and replace the guides once and will need to do it again. Still hoping that I can figure it all out.

4-5 hrs to put together in 100 degree weather and some help. Finished product is great customer service from erring is great. My neighbor loved it so much that he also purchased one!!

I love the pergola itself. However, it arrived with two critical hardware pieces missing and there is no phone number to contact the seller. I submitted the online contact form and sent an email. We will see how long it takes them to get back to me to remedy this issue. Additionally, there were multiple scratches and dings on the pergola. I will come back and edit this review to let you all know how customer service remedies these issues.
