Apricot Pineapple Trappist Preserve (Single Jar)

My favorite marmalade! I like the lemon flavor and it’s not too tart. the order arrived so quickly. I also enjoy the sweet orange and several of the other flavored preserves.

I'd rate this a 3 on a 5 point scale. It;s bland. One doesn't really taste the apricot/pineapple combination. When spread on toast, bagel, pastry, ham, pork chop, or sauce, one gets a bite or two of the pineapple and then bland. Perhaps mincing the fruit may distribute the taste. Having said this, I have purchased more than once and will continue. A kind of change of pace preserve.

It was a gift I sent to my old friend and her family. I ordered the set of different fruits. Shetold me she was very happy to recieve them and that they are delicious on her toast
