EROMMY 10x20 Metal Louvered Pergola with Outdoor Curtains – Dark Grey

Overall good design, but some issues are very visible. The installation is pretty straightforward but repetitive. Some sections do require atleast 2 people to put together. The instructions aren’t very clear and had to navigate some YouTube videos to understand what is needed to to be done for the step. The main issue I found is the anchor bolts are exposed and look very cheap, the top of the base looks ugly with bolts sticking out and kinda sharp if someone steps on them. Plus the instructions recommend you anchor once fully completed and with this design, it requires you to lift each post and while doing so align it to the anchored bolts. Worst instructions and very very difficult. I ended up have to remove the base from post and manually mounting it first then aligning the post. Still was very difficult but somewhat manageable. Anyways another concern I noticed is the swivel pieces for the roof are plastic, we shall see how long they last. Otherwise the whole unit is very nice and perfect size for my project.

I would give a 5 and it is not the company’s fault. There were 7 boxes in Tacoma and 1 in fife. Why that happened FEDEX??? Then came the box at fife took a 7 day trip around the country making assembly impossible until it arrived. I mean from fife Wa to Texas and other states. Now the pergola was everything I expected. Assembly went very well even with just 2 guys. The product is beautiful and vey good quality. It functions as advertised no leaks and we just went through a week of heavy rain storms and wind. Only 1 defect one pillar has a crease/dent in it nor scratched paint is still there. All and all very satisfied with the 10 x 20.pergola. Thanks
