Basis Surf Paddle Trainer System

Great product. Easy to install and to use. Mimics pretty accurately the movement of paddling on a surfboard. I you use it regularly the effects transfer very soon to the water. Absolutely recommend it.

So far so good! I've used it 3 times now and it definitely lights up all the back and paddle muscles. Only had one surf since starting using it and already felt a little more paddle strength. I can't wait till I have trained more and surfed more. The online community setup, information and follow up is a valuable addition to a great tool! Stoked with my purchase! Yeowww!!!
