Beautiful but slips off
The khussas are beautiful but one was damaged from the back and kept coming off. Customer service was approachable but said that since I had worn the khussa already, they won’t exchange but could only look into getting repaired which would take a long time. Being a visitor, it was hard to manage the repair process.
