It's cute but can't be tuned
If I had known it was out of tune and can't be tuned I would have chosen something else. The pitches of the strings are in between proper notes per my tuner, and seem random. It is cute though. I'll let my baby play with it for a little while and switch to tuned instruments as soon as I can, to help him develop a good ear for music and pitch.
