This was our second turtle ornament. Our first one unfortunately arrived broken in the box and that's how we found it. When my son opened it. I reached out to customer service and a woman named Mae very kindly corresponded with me. I attempted to purchase a second turtle . This company went above and beyond for me and I have many.
