Runs a tad small

I loved this dress but it was too form fitting for an everyday casual look. Thick, quality material. I have trouble with the neckline hanging too low on these style of dresses, but this one was just right. I tried the small. (I’m 5’3” 125lb 34B/C) I think if I tried the medium it would have been too big in the chest.
