Awesome flip-flop, even better customer service

I ordered a pair of gooperators and when they came in, they were the wrong size so I reached out to customer service offering to do an exchange or return. Customer service responded swiftly, and instead of doing an exchange, they went ahead and just told me to keep the wrong size and give them to a friend and sent me a brand new pair. They even changed the color for me per my request. Once I actually got them and start wearing them around I had no doubt that this is an awesome product. I will say that the website has the size up if you’re in between sizes, but for me, I ended up having to size down, which is atypical.
