Woolley Thermal Tights

I bought these while looking for woollen tights with grippy bottoms, and was disappointed to find it does not have grippy bottoms and seemingly contains no wool (but am still unclear on that last point). The webpage for this product says "Grippy bottoms for wobbly little walkers". This is front and centre despite seemingly not applying to this product. And re "Woolley thermal" the description mentions "Woolley fleece" and then further down elaborates "Our Wooly Fleece tights are 72% combed cotton, 23%polyester, 5% spandex. They are made with a cotton wool blend." Which part of this blend is wool? Others seem to be happy with this product but I feel like the website layout and confusing terminology is deeply misleading
