First of all customer service responses were terrible. I was asked to approve the proof and my inputs were completely ignored. I asked to have a white triangle embroidered around my logo on an angle and provided a photograph to show exactly what I was talking about. My input was ignored. I responded to other times to Customerservice asking about the status of my order no responses ever. My order was placed mid May and was just delivered the beginning of July and I believe it was only delivered after I contacted the credit card merchant to file a claim against your company. The hat I received is not what I asked for. I wasn’t asking for two terribly much either in terms of work to be completed on the hat. I’m very disappointed.

It took me some time to find a good hat company as I am very picky about my hats. These hats turned out amazing! They're embroidered they fit great. They shipped them in a box so they wouldnt get smashed highly recommend lids on demand. I will definitely be ordering more as needed
