Minimalist Double Hernia Belt

Very easy to understand and helped during and after run.

I was pleased with how easy it was to understand and adjust. I did put the truss over the outside of very thin tight fitting runners Hanes boxer style briefs. I had to adjust the boys a bit to get in comfort zone. I stretched and walked for ten minutes getting used to the pressure and ride of the truss. I then ran 4.05 miles in 35 min. and the material had just the right pressure for me where I have a sports hernia. I stretched lightly afterward and removed device. I waited an hour and then evaluated that I did not have discomfort while running that I had experienced over last 6 months running. I also had much less pain and tightness after the run in that area due to the support received while exercising. I will reevaluate as the days and months pass. I may order the HD to help with strength conditioning now that I know that this is a quality product. I lightly soaped and rinsed the truss in cold water after use and hung to dry. The neoprene seems quality but we shall see!!! Happy so far!

Comfort and Support

I have had hernia surgery years ago and it is now back with the bulging through happening right along the surgery line. This belt hits the spot perfectly and supports as advertised. Sizing was accurate and the belt is comfortable enough to wear all day, and I mean all day. I put it on when I get up in the mornning and take it off before bed. Very good product and design.

Living normal

It’s light and strong. It gives you the support you need. I’m able to work out. Play basketball with my kids and jumping holds the hernia in place love it. It’s amazing easy to put on easy to adjust it and tough materials.
