Thought I was buying a book
I don’t want to have to sit at my PC to read it. I would like to download and read on my iPad or Kindle or some viewer. Not happy

It’s not just another “do this, eat that” kind of book! it actually helps you figure out what you personally need through those self-assessment questions, which I found suuper helpful 🫡 . It covers everything: food, movement, sleep, stress, digestion… and it all suddenly makes sense how connected these are. The idea of “4 Doctors” makes things even easier to apply in real life and it is like a map . It does take a good effort to apply but if you actually follow it, it can really change your energy and how you feel day to day !!
