Best eyeliner for me

I have been using this as an eye liner for years. It works the best for me and I like it better than any other product I have used. I use a wet slanted flat eye liner brush and mix up a tiny bit until it is a wet paste. I coat the brush and apply it. It goes on very nice and I like the effect. I am a fair-skinned blonde.
