Customer For Life
I purchased this bag for my wife as she was in need of a new travel bag. However, she's not a fan of mass produced, overpriced bags that you pay high dollar for merely because of a name or initials stamped all over the product. Initially, when I ordered the bag, Igor reached out to me with recommendations on font and location for her initials. It was evident that VB were going above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the finished product. Within a couple days the product showed up at our door. At first sight this bag was everything she could have hoped for and more. The leather is supple and soft, the stitching is stout and elegant at the same time, the lining is soft and sturdy, and the zippers are durable YKK zippers. I can tell that this will be a bag that she'll be able to carry for many years to come. Overall, Igor and Albert knocked this out of the park and have customers for life.
