Cons: heavy chemcial smell. Some rough unsanded wood pieces, some had splinters. Legs, support beam, and slats feel cheaper and legs have cheap felt pads on them. Parts not all labeled in easy to see places. Couple nicks and places where the walnut finish seemed sloppy. Slats need to be closer together to better prevent sagging and for king size two support beams would seem more sturdy- can see slats flexing where they're further out from support beam. 17 in of height with base and mattress (13.5 tall mattress + 3.5 tall adjustable base) means headboard not visible above pillows and mattress sits above sideboards. headboard not 80" wide as described.

Put the bed together and the weight of putting our mattress on it snapped one of the legs off.
