Size runs too small. I went by the measurements in the size chart to order this, and it still came out very small I even ordered a replacement, thinking I might have made a mistake, and it happened again. Very frustrating, because there are other items do adhere to the size chart and are predictable.

Quality is good. Size is definitely not correct. Runs 2 sizes smaller.
